How safe is Placing Order at Gathanimusic.com?
Placing order here is completely safe, because it don’t involve any online payment. You can place your customized music CD orders at gathanimusic.com, but you don’t have to make any payment online, the order amount will be e-mailed to you, and only after that you will send the payment by courier to us.

How do I pay by Cheque?
We accept only at per cheques of all banks accredited to the Reserve Bank of India. When paying by cheque, you need to send your cheque number along with other details by email for a faster processing.
Please follow these simple steps:
1. The cheque should be drawn in favour of "MAYUR CASSETTES (P) LTD.".
2. Please write your Order Number, name and e-mail(user) ID at the back of the cheque.
3. You should mail the cheque to the following address:

How do I pay by Demand Draft?
The customers (from India only) can send Demand Drafts. Please take the DD from any Nationalized/Recognized Bank Branches. All DD's will be in favour of "MAYUR CASSETTES (P) LTD.". payable at Kolkata. Your order will be processed after we receive your Demand Draft. Please Send an email after sending the DD. Mention the date, Amount of Rupees and Name of the Bank on which the DD is drawn.

What is the Cost of the CD?
The cost of the CD depends
on the total duration of the tracks selected by you, the cost of 60 minute is Rs. 200, any minutes after that will be charged as another 60 minutes and so on.
How soon can I expect delivery of my custom CD?
If you make payment, you can expect delivery within 14 business days from the date of realization of payment.
If you pay by cheque, your CD will be shipped within fourteen business days of your cheque being cleared. Local cheques (issued from Kolkata) will take 2 to 4 business days to be cleared. Outstation cheques will take 5 to 10 business days to be cleared.
Note: Don't forget to write the order ID number on the back of the cheque. Otherwise, delivery could be delayed.
Will I have to pay Sales Tax?
The amount paid by you is inclusive of sales tax, central excise tax and shipping and handling charges, which will have to be paid by you.
What are my shipping charges?
All shipping charges have to be paid by you. You get your custom CD delivered to your doorstep.
What if the items are damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a free replacement upon receipt of the defective item along with details of Order Number and the nature of defect. Please ensure that the complaint is brought to our notice within 15 days of the CD receipt. Please note that we will not be able to any complaint received after 15 days
How are the CDs packaged for dispatch?
All CDs dispatched by us are packed in an outer casing (jewel box) and then wrapped. This wrapped box is in turn packed in an outer envelope with bubble wrap lining inside to ensure safe transportation.
How will I receive my orders?
Once your orders and payments are fully processed, we pack your CD for shipping. This is done with special care, so that you receive your order in perfect condition. You will receive your order by courier at the address submitted by you while filling up the online order form.
What is Shipping Address?
The address where you want the shipment to be made is called the Shipping Address.
Do I pay any shipping charges?
Yes you will be informed of the shipping charges by e-mail, which you have to pay.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order at any time after placing your order. Just go to the My Account page to check the status of your order.
What are the features I can customize?
You can customize your CD by each song.
What is the format of the songs on my CD?
All songs are recorded in .cda format. This is the same format which is present in most of the audio CDs available in the market.
How do I find my songs?
To find your song, you can either use "By Category” or “By Artist” to browse through your desired songs.
